REGISTRATION POLICY

  1. The registration fee applies for the 1st author for all accepted papers.
  2. The registration fee applies for 1 paper under a 1st author.
  3. Each additional paper under the same 1st author is charged IDR 2.000,000 for Indonesia participant and USD $175 for International participant.
  4. Accepted papers with more than 8 pages will have an additional charge of IDR 300,000 for Indonesian participant / USD 30 for International participant per page for up-to strictly 10 pages each papers (payable at the conference).
  5. Payment must be made in full amount. Any corresponding bank charges and transfer fee must be paid by the registrant.
  6. Any accepted paper included in the final proceedings is expected to have at least one author to attend and present the paper at the conference Accepted papers which are not presented (“no-show” papers) will not be included in the final conference proceedings.
  7. No refund will be made for registered participants who fail to turn up.
